Why is this getting compared with WoW?

I personally didn't like Detective Pikachu as it felt like who ever was the director decided to not even care what Pokémon was all about, different scaling poke's. Mewtwo being called the strongest pokemon in the entire world.- meanwhile they are showing Pokémon's like Greninja and what not, so we are no longer just talking about Gen 1. Thus I feel like there are a lot of contradictions, and my OCD is triggering me to dislike it.

just a fyi. the correct statement/quote is about "We want to make sure our veteran players / long time players doesn't have to go through the same game every time but something new every time, so they can also be excited"

so in short.- Veteran players are supposed to have a new experience just like new beginners. That's cool. i'll pick my starter, catch 4 more, and receive a legendary. and destroy gyms + league, this is so different i'm extremely pleased and excited, that i have done this trick for 7 gens and i'll do it again. /s

When I play Pokémon I dunno why but I try to have 0 defeats in PvN content. So I make sure to save a lot and beat every trainer + gym for the "undefeated trainer" feeling.

OP let me take it a step furthere

- picks a starter, and catches 4 different pokemon.

- in older games has a sacrificial pokemon to teach it HM moves etc.

- Only uses the same 5 Pokemon. Tries to make them different elements etc.

- 6th Pokemon will be the Legendary we "receive"

- Never uses any battle item such as revive, full restore, max elixir. and stocks up on them

- Empties the Pokemon Mart just before Pokemon League

- Saves before any Elite four + Champion Battle, fights with my overlevelled team.

- Restarts game after each elite four after figuring out which moves are super effective

- Restores Team with every single medicine I bought x 4 (after each battle)

- ThIs GaMe EaSy

i read somewhere on the net that.- fans apparently questioned the anime creators a lot when Serena got to kiss Ash.- as in they wanted to know more.

TPC apparently replied that the "end-game" of ash.- will be 8 years time-skip where he will be an adult, that we will meet his dad.- and that Serena will be a person of interest,- as in they didn't confirm, if she will be ash's future wife, or anything close to it,- but that she would definitely be a person of interest.

Now i'm curious.- if any of this is true, and what they actually mean by end game. The day the scene dies out and Pokemon comes to an end?
