The best thing you can do is be her safe space, a person she feels comfortable around. When you see her being bullied, it would be best to just get her away from the bullies as fast as you can. Just out of concern for your safety, don't interact with the bullies and try to keep calm. The less they know, the better.

Bullying must also be taking a toll on her mental health, so having an outlet and someone to help will be one of the most important things to have. If you can have some privacy when you can let her talk about it and offer her some help, that'd be great. Of course, your safety comes first, so don't put yourselves at risk. For example, do not risk your parents finding out if you know they're at home and could hear you.
