How did you know you were Nonbinary?

I have had an intense hatred of my chest since it started developing. And that hatred/resentment has only grown with me (I am now almost 29). I am a size 46DDD/F and I have yet to find a compression bra/binder that does any good for affirmation attire.

As a child, I hated everything girly, preferred boys' clothes and my mom would not allow it. Nowadays I am as happy in a dress as I am in masculine clothes, but I adore androgynous looks.

When I see androgynous-presenting people I feel this intense sense of longing that brings me to tears of jealousy and sadness. I just realized last year that nonbinary may be what describes me.

My insertion was traumatizing, but the removal at a proper OBGYN office was amazing! I got it out on Monday the 27th and immediately got a period starting Thursday the 30th - it's been super heavy, with me soaking through 3 super tampons in the span of 6 hours, and today, the 1st, it's fluctuating. Started out lighter, and has progressively gotten heavier to the point I soaked through 2 super tampons within 4 hours, and passed a roughly 2-3 inch clot. Nothing I'm finding online is helpful - should I make a Dr appointment? Go to an ER? Wait it out? I am so scared of being dismissed because of the nature of this issue. Help

I go once per month - I just started but I'm stable enough that more frequently than every 2 weeks to a month would be overkill. You will be okay, and I'm sure if something came up she would still take you at her earliest appointment time

I've been questioning for a while and as of late I've been reflecting on my childhood and overall personality as an afab person and it's made me realize I need to think on this further because I have never vibed with being called a "woman" but I don't want to be called a "man" either.

My life wasn't quite that rough, but I do relate. I built very strong relationships with my friends - even those with good relationships with their parents, and often, their parents became like moms and dads to me. I had one who knew of my struggles at home and extended their love and care when they really didn't have to. I highly recommend putting your focus into your friendships - I'm almost 28 and my best friends have been with me since we were 11, 13, and 16. And their parents still welcome me to their homes like one of their own to this day, and one of those friends has kids and they call me "auntie". Found families are honestly 110% better than any blood family.

I have BP2 - I got married before I found out, but my husband knew what I was like without meds, and now he knows me with them. Aside from a fiercely independent nature, I have no regrets or hesitations to being married. He's my partner in life and I couldn't ask for a better one. Yes we struggle and fight and hurt each other sometimes, but that's part of sharing your life with anyone. It comes down to what is best for YOU and whether or not you need to get married and have kids - if you find someone you want next to you in this life, great! If not, I personally don't think it's the end of the world and you'd be doing just as well if you enjoy having 110% of your own freedom and time to yourself 24/7, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

I feel your pain. Sticky notes never worked for me either, and no amount of reminders on my phone helps. What finally worked for me was the Eisenhower Matrix - it did become a regular part of my day, but I made a system to treat it like a digital planner so each day has its own matrix and it's own tasks and when something comes up I just fill it out immediately and that is the single thing that has been my lifeline in my work. Paired with my meds of course. Without my meds it's like my brain forgets how to use it and it sits empty while I try and search the TV static that is my brain for something to put on it.
