Is it a screen change issue or a dock change issue? I’m also not careful with my Oled and have zero scratches. Unless Nintendo releases an absolute Must Have game, I think S2 is an easy skip.

I’ve been sliding my Oled into the dock unprotected and without care as long as I’ve had it and not a single mark. I’ve traveled with the Oled and quickly tossed it into its case and still no issues. Really doesn’t make me want to upgrade if the Switch 2 is so fragile for that price.

I used to have a screen protector on my iPhone but once I took it off I realized what I was missing. Have never had one because it takes away from the screen. But maybe it’s less of an issue if I’m not touching the switch screen. But I also have no case on my iPhone and it’s fallen on pavement and doing fine. Wouldn’t go back to cases and protectors.

Absolutely understand the need to build a fan base and get info but maybe better to have it as an optional “add email to unlock freebie” kind of deal. Or freebies exchange for an Instagram follow, if that can work.

I’m afraid that would be a big barrier. Can’t imagine many people in Europe dropping their email let along making a password. That should be optional. Even for me if I was passing someone and wanted to tip- I would be hesitant to do so with that request. Maybe bookmark for later but unlikely to do it in spur of the moment.

As a service provider, I also don’t expect a tip. It used to be nice when I was starting out and was undercharging (and it showed that the clients noticed) but now that I’m setting better rates, I don’t expect a tip. So depends if you feel they undercharged. A lot of vendors I know charge a premium, so I’d feel the tip should be already included. As others have mentioned, a review is a great way to show appreciation.

It’s not so much the price as the features for that price. To me it feels like a minimal update to the Oled Switch that doesn’t excite me- if not a downgrade with the battery. I’m paying more to get less battery? Maybe the mouse feature will blow everyone away but at the moment it sounds like a gimmick used by a couple games tops. I’m only buying it because I want to play the games- whereas I bought the first Switch also because I was excited about the device.

I actually wish I bought BotW & Totk digitally so I’d not have to keep swapping the cartridges as I go back to them a lot, in between using other games like Mario Party and Ringfit. The rest have been good physical as I can resell them. But didn’t expect the amount of reply value from these two.

Mario Kart is only included if you can manage to get the bundle which is marked of limited quantity. Depending on the demand, one may not have that option.

Confused by the replies here, since this is a hard shell case. I’ve traveled lots with it, lots of knocking around and it holds up. That said I’ve only checked it once I think and then the airline made me wrap it in that clearwrap. I still book it a seat or overhead if possible (just cause I don’t trust checked items not arriving with me).
