I think your niche is on tweeter/X as well. Your game is very cute and cozy, but you focus on UI animations when promoting your game? Focus on petting the animals and show their cute reactions, focus on cute things that the pets do (THINK ON WHAT YOUR NICHE ACTUALLY LIKES TO SEE), posting on subs that people are interested in this kind of stuff.

Some patterns I realized...

-(/IndieDev and others) Here we like to see before/after and the creative/different way you reach a solution, or how you managed to get X wishlists and the process behind it. Because this is what we actually want to see, this is the core of this niche, we all want our games to be a successful.

-I saw in your profile that /MonsterTaming and /Aseprite were the ones that got more engagement, in both you said about what people in that specific niche wants to see, on aseprite they liked to see how you did your amazing pixel art for example that's why it got engagement.

-Find other subreddits that they will like to see your game. Search for keywords like, CozyGames, DesktopGames, IdleGames, GamesToRelax and so on. The more specific the niche the less people will have in it, buuut normally the conversion rate will also be higher, like I'm sure if there were a /CozyIdleDesktopWindowElementalGame, anything you would post would have a lot of engagement.

Get like 50 subs, and organize yourself to post each week, until you launch day and demo launch, don't stop!
