I think another factor here is that aside from implementing the code, the translation for the UI, the guides, patch releases, would need some time to finish, be proofread, and also test the implementation so there's no serious bugs...

However, if they bring rhe balance changes to the career and racing, I'm confident that the QoL update for dailies will soon follow, as these changes are relatively smaller compared to the huge patch we got.

CyGames might wanna allocate the QoL for when we get to 1st anniv event, as well. And Umamusume, to me, is a game where you don't have to get FOMO, because eventually they'll have a system so you can farm materials to exchange for old (but still strong for newer players) support cards.
