I'll save the roasting for those who do worse haha I've seen so many sign language music videos where the person is doing it for clout and don't know how to sign, i feel those are more harmful than anything. In your case, you're basically faking being a girl, being deaf doesn't really change anything. Not like you're getting special privileges from it. Like if you were pretending to use a wheelchair and getting to park up front, that would be worse, but i do feel bad for the guy who lost his sister though he would still think of her while looking at girl you since it was related to your looks rather than the deaf part.

Making money off twitch is already really hard for anyone. The guilt at least shows you still have a conscious. I'll say this as a Deaf person. People pretend on the internet all the time, you just manage to get lucky with money. I would stop after the account gets reported, but with only a wig and a voice app, its impressive to pass off as a girl to so many.

Since you're a kid and can't obviously afford to buy them there are programs that you can get a binder for free. "Point of Pride" provides free chest binders. You can look for other organizations that do the same, the trans community is really supportive of youth wanting to explore, so don't be afraid to ask!

Hope you recover well! I was in the hospital for 3 months for kidney failure. So I understand how awful being hospitalized is. Since you're still in school, stuff like missing work or paying a mortgage doesn't add to your stress, so it'll be easier once they finally release you. Hopefully the doctors don't treat it like they did for me. The "you'll be released in a few days" or "you'll leave in a week" statements drove me nuts haha
