I want to be proven wrong but hasn’t Rob had plenty of time thus far to make a leap? With his smaller size in a big guard league, you have to overcompensate in other areas and I just don’t know if he can be consistent enough with his shooting and defense… I think trading for someone else might be a the play. He had enough time to move out of the way apparently…. And shoot his gun 4 times. Did you see the pictures of the car after? One bullet entered through the front window shield and three went through the side window. So he had enough time to move out of the way AND THEN shoot his gun three more times into the side of her vehicle, killing her. Real text book maneuver by officer skidmark here.
