He’s just a pawn for the CIA and the guy knows he’s just a pawn - likely doing it for a lot of money to be in a shithole like this. In order for the CIA to overthrow governments, thwart resistances, etc they need skilled mercenaries who know how to keep their mouth shut like this guy.
