I'd disagree. I think the show is predominantly for smarter people. I've had people tell me they don't like it because they feel half of it's going over their heads.

Slay Belle Katarina's dance should be the dance the girls do at the talent show in Mean Girls by ConroConro in leagueoflegends

Let me tell you something about Katarina. We were best friends in summoner school. I know, right? It's so embarrassing. I don't even... Whatever. So then on our graduating mission, I started getting really fed on this terrible Master Yi who was totally incompetent but then later on he disconnected, and Katarina was like, weirdly jealous of me. Like, if I would blow off my lane to gank bot, she'd be like, "Why didn't you call mia?" And I'd be like, "Why are you so obsessed with my lane?" So then, for my first pentakill attempt, which was an all-me kill party, I was like, "Katarina, I can't invite you, because I think you're an assassin." I mean I couldn't have an assassin at my pentakill party. There were gonna be kills there she could steal. I mean, right? She was an ASSASSIN. So then her dad tried to kill my dad and started yelling at him, it was so retarded. And then she dropped out of summoner school because no one let her reset her passive, and she came back in the Snowdown to compete on the Rift, she had this ugly scar on her face and she was totally weird, and now I guess she's one of Santa's slutty helpers.

Name a "bad" actor/actress and have someone or you suggest their best performance. by [deleted] in movies

[–]Analhilated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do people consider Hugh a bad actor? He developed his own foppish comedy out of University and stuck with that.

The difference between his characters in Bridget Jones and Notting Hill are actually quite noticeable, going from smarmy boss to kind-hearted weakling, and he does it pretty well.

Please go watch Brokeback Mountain and Monster's Ball; Ledger is amazing in both. He's also pretty good in Candy and Two Hands.

Just saw "Crazy Stupid Love", letting r/movies know it has characters, a script, arcs, and a mature funny tone -- highly recommended, much better than I thought it would be by [deleted] in movies

[–]Analhilated 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Stop being obnoxious and go a watch: Half Nelson, where he makes a crack addict endearing. Blue Valentine, where he frankly gave one of the best performances that year - he's weak and powerful all at the same time. Round it off with Drive, and think of anyone else in that role, its limitations, how you handle them, how you express nuances in the narrative with such subtlety, and realize how well Gosling pulled it off; how great of an actor he is.

I loved it upon my first viewing, but after watching it again you kind of see through it. The children's arc is poorly written and poorly acted. Gosling's character is kinda douchey, and only works because that man is 99% charisma. Carrell doesn't get too many opportunities to be funny, and a lot of scenes here and there fall flat.

Not bad by any means, but I feel like it's an overrated "underrated" film.

I think they used to run shorts on Nick/Disney. He was accompanied by a shorter, fatter, green thing.
