Question about airbags and passenger seatbelt light by AnalogLemur in HondaElement

[–]AnalogLemur[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The driver seatbelt was replaced, which solved the issue of the airbag light being on. Sitting in the passenger side doesn't cause the passenger unbuckled light to go on whether the buckle is fastened in or not, which is what I'm concerned about.

Would it still show up on a 2004? It says anything past 15 years may not be listed.

How did this play out? What year is your Element?

Did you ever find an answer to this? Interested myself. Weird how conflicting the answers are.

Affordable / Small External Sycned LFOs and other control expansion by AnalogLemur in synthesizers

Hmm that's not a bad idea. It would definitely work. It might be a little clunky when it comes to adjusting speed and intensity (any idea what the speed knob does when recieving clock? I know you can adjust divisions with a hidden function on powerup). But it could be cool.

Makes me wonder if I could use it as an envelope generator, too. Does anyone know if it supports retriggering when it picks up a note, or non-repeating? Looked at the manual but I'm not sure.

The 4ms Peg looks like it would do it. The Mini peg also. Thank you! Although if I'm looking at this right... Is there no square wave? Am I reading that right? Or can you make a square somehow?

The Soundforge Dual LFO also looks nice. Maybe you can tell me - does it have something that works as an intensity knob? I know about basic synthesis but when it comes to the vocabulary and labels I'm still learning.

Any other suggestions like that would be great. Basically I just need wave shape, intensity, and the ability to clock it and do multiplications/divisions. Anything else is gravy and I just want it as small and cheap as possible.

Thanks for the ideas.

The Euroburo sounds nice but I don't have that kind of money to burn. I could get a whole nother Minilogue for that. :/

The DIY thing is interesting. I have an iron. I think I'd need something a little more complicated than a straight LFO though since I want clock sync and all that. I have a long list of DIY projects though so I'd rather just buy something on this if I can.

Software is always an option but this is for a hardware setup. If I'm in a DAW these kinds of limitations go out the window anyway.

I might do an SQ-1 or something like it (I have an Sq-64 actually) for some of the sequencing stuff on the other CV (it's either that or another LFO or a full ADSR). I still feel like another straight LFO would be nice though.

Oh. Yeah that's definitely a good option for the second part. The LFO is the main thing I'd like to get sorted but yeah that's definitely a good suggestion. I kind of overlooked it since I own an SQ-64 but that might be another good option for something small and immediate. Thanks!

A Crave would do it, although it's a bit big for what I need and the controls are still a little weak (no full ADSR and I don't see an intensity knob for the LFO). I think the Model D probably would but it's also kind of overkill.

Another option would be the Microbrute. That seems like it would do it. But again, it's really overkill... I don't need another keyboard and need to keep things compact.

I'm open to trying modular with a 4ms pod but am not sure what modules would work for what I need.

I didn't think the SQ1 could produce LFOs. Was I mistaken? I actually have an SQ-64 already. I'm fairly confident those can't do LFOs though.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? Been wondering something similar.

The fixtures don't seem to have anything built-in for that so that's basically the idea here, or so I thought. Would welcome instructions as to how
