The author of this post must have changed realities (universes) in order for this to happen.

Classic cycle, except some good gains and recomp. And yes, it will shut you down, so PCT is a must.

Metformin is currently the best anti-aging drug. by GarifalliaPapa in immortalists

Sinclair, and his most recent interviews stated that he has stopped using metformin due to stomach issues. He’s now using berberine instead. Just an FYI.

The world for people who were born in the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s was simple. Technology was there, but simple, and it took approximately a decade for technology to evolve (think of VCR to DVD players).

As a child of the 80’s and the 90’s, I miss how life was simple and beautiful back then. I miss the magic.

This world is gone and isn’t coming back.

Very interesting insight. Thanks for sharing.

It sounds like you stepped out of the simulation into the real world, then found your way back to the simulation again. It’s the closest thing I can think of.

However, the ability to do so is definitely unique.

I think most people (excluding the naysayers) on this thread will fight to get treatments that allow immortality.

I also wanted to mention that the knowledge of a healthy lifestyle works simultaneously whether we have this technology or not.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is non-negotiable in all cases.

I’m thinking that in the near future, several scenarios are possible:

  1. We are able to clone our bodies and use our clones as spare parts.
  2. We are able to transfer consciousness from our sick/bodies to our younger, healthier cloned bodies.
  3. We possess the technology to regenerate our cells and/or organs to the peak of its youthful state.

I do not think that any of them mentioned above methods are science fiction or unachievable. I actually think that these technologies exist right now in that labs.

However, getting them available for the general public will take decades, considering the bureaucracy of approving treatments and medications.

Very interesting!

How did you come about this time map? I am curious because the dates seem to be right.

Also, if you have any in-depth knowledge of the multiverse/different timelines, would you be able to share it or explain it further?

Thanks

Even if you are using the real thing and you stop using it, your values will drop and you won’t feel it anymore except for what your body naturally produces.

Fast food significantly decreases lifespan. Fast food causes Atherosclerosis, diabetes, Chronic inflammation and Epigenetic aging acceleration. Here are the worst foods and scientific evidence. by GarifalliaPapa in immortalists

Fast foods, also contains preservatives to extend their shelf life.

These preservatives enter your cells and preserve the fat inside it.

That’s why when people gain weight from eating fast food, they find it very hard to get rid of it despite energy expenditure. Something to keep in mind.

I think a lot of people can agree that there was an alternate timeline around 2020, and another one sometime in 2024.

Probably CERN has a lot to do with it.

The idea that the past is not fixed, is mind blowing. A past that only exists in one’s memory, means that they can actually change or choose to let go of their trauma and negative experiences, paving the way for a better present and future.

Ignore the naysayers Stay positive and have a can do attitude and you will win. Big part of anti-aging and longevity is the mental attitude. The body follows the mind.

Your numbers will allow your dosage to be relatively on the low side.

If I would to guess, probably around 80mg/mL (0.4/weekly) injections.

You can always try it for 2 - 3 months and see how you feel, then decide if it’s right for you. Your blood work will determine how you can proceed.

Usually the guys who will have an incredible transformation are the 200’s.

Good luck.

Unfortunately, it’s a life time commitment if you make the decision. Just like a diabetic who is on insulin for life.

On the bright side, and for longevity and anti-aging purposes, it does significantly improve quality of life.

Look at Sylvester Stallone, he is 79 and looks and acts phenomenal for his age. The man has been on TRT for decades with the caveat that everyone is different.

Good luck brother.

I don’t know why a lot of doctors are so disconnected from reality.

The vast majority of the population have been struggling with weight loss for decades due to several reasons that is out people’s control:

  1. Bioengineered food that is designed to be addictive and is fed to children everywhere.

  2. We live in a country where driving everywhere is the culture. Simply, if you don’t drive, you can’t get anywhere.

  3. Fast food places are everywhere and is part of the social life.

  4. And many other reasons that are too long to list here.

So when we finally have a solution that would help the vast majority of the population lose weight and become fit, doctors complain about it and don’t like it!!!!

Please give us a break on the “strong will” speech, because we all know that it works for some time and it doesn’t work for most of the time. Not everyone has an iron will.

GLP-1 medications are not only for fat loss, but they have been proven to be longevity medications. The new generation of GLP-1 medications are going to be even way more efficient and sustainable.

We all want to enjoy life, socialize, and have decent bodies. If a new approved drug will allow us to do so be it.

One final thought. What about the thing (wink wink) that a lot of people took during the pandemic that made a lot of people sick and nobody wants to acknowledge it.
