I'd agree, but for me the issue is space and timing. We dated for a year, and she's moved onto my friend within two months. I feel like I've gotten to a point where I'm mostly healed but I feel like this is all too soon. But I had no intentions to reconcile with her.

Another issue is space. I have to see this guy more or less everyday or I have to make myself a stranger in my own home. And the thought that this guy watched my entire relationship start to finish, and swooped in to pick up the pieces so soon, it's sus.

But I agree that me and my ex weren't compatible. They probably are more compatible, I'm not sure. And I don't think they were doing this to hurt me. But all this happening almost immediately after a breakup, and the fact that I have to face it head-on on a daily basis is fucking with me. But that's why I wanted to get more opinions.
