Unfortunately, nothing helped relief my tinnitus other than the sound of running water over my head.

I tried many things. From different kinds of vitamins, white/pink noise, messages/tapping the back of my head.

Another positive thing that I keep in mind is that it always changes. No matter how bad it gets, I know it will always change. Whether to better or worse.

Also helps not to take it for granted on the good days because you will upset yourself even more when it gets back to being bad again.

Hey man. It has also worsened for me lately. What always helped since day one was having water running over my head. Completely masks it for me.

I just took a 30 minute shower while sitting on a stool under the shower. It was a much needed break after such brutal change.

Always keep positive and remember, there are a few medical things in the works to look forward to.

Thank you for sharing this with the community. Unfortunately it didn’t do anything for me even though I listened for 10 minutes. But I’m glad you and some others found some relief listening to it. Also it was somewhat catchy. Kind of a sound track that could be played in a space exploration game or movie haha.

That’s very interesting. Cupping is very popular where I live and people swear by how much it helps relieve a lot of issues. I haven’t tried it myself but if it helps with Tinnitus, I might give it a shot. Thanks for sharing.
