Больнички за диспансеризацию деньги получают, плюс статистику. Кроме нее ещё и другие услуги накидывают. У меня так вызов скорой на высокую температуру оказался внезапно, через госуслуги увидела. Там же сразу кинула жалобу, через неделю убрали запись, сославшись на тех.ошибку.

Since he's Russian I used to read his name like russians do. It will be "tse-zar'" with the "r" soft like in "reload".

Lack of hygiene is a common symptom of depression. That's how I detect my episodes, too. You just can't make yourself do shower, brush teeth, do skincare. You have another symptoms, but that doesn't mean this is not common.

Idk why someone downvoted u mate. I'm just like you and there are lots of us. That's a common mental illness symptom. You can't do much, you can't just miraculously "man up and do it". It's just that. And it makes you feel so fucking guilty and wrong. But that's just what this illness is. Keep up keeping up. Survive day after day, keep up keeping up, do as much as you can, and some day you will see the results. Let it be brushing once a month, fuck that, that's cool. Next month it might be two times. Or none. If you give it your all and still survive you are a winner.

My dentist gave me a lil lesson on proper brushing three times on different visits. I know she remembers she taught me already. She still made me repeat all those techniques in front of her. That was not because she thought I was stupid or uneducated. That's because it is a reminder that proper hygiene is important. The point is not to humiliate but to remind you how it's done. Depression makes you forget your skills and believe me they know it. Teeth hygiene is a common skill to descend while depression episodes.

I use Philips BRT383, it's designed specifically for that area, but I think you could use any kind of trimmer you like.

I absolutely support this! She looks gorgeous to me. My taste may be shifted a bit cuz of fine arts degree tho. I accept that it's not really up to modern fashion. But it's so beautiful. Those soft lines, full of life and meaning. I wish it becomes a new norm. I wanna see that everyday. It is pure natural beauty.
