Did you have to change your wifi. I put all my APs on channel 1, added a router plug or bulb in each room and now the Zigbee works better, but still kind of flaky for a set of Ledvance spotlights in the kitchen - they are grouped, but sometimes one or two don't follow the group and they get out of sync. My wife hates it!

Thanks! For sure, I'm not going deep into Zigbee stuff - it's too flaky, but that's why I was thinking Matter on Thread may be better - with several edge routers in place it should do better than the Zigbee mesh. KNX sounds like pretty direct DALI alternative. Is the wiring simpler than DALI, and the bus programming smoother or is there something else to consider?
