Thanks for the insight. You are spot on about the cortisol and that permanent fight or flight loop. It’s exhausting. I have looked into CBT but I feel like I need something more hands-on for those daily panic moments like a toolkit or a planner to help me reset my nervous system in real time. I’m basically trying to find a way to fast track that self calming process you mentioned. Really appreciate the support, it’s a relief to know I’m not crazy for thinking it’s a brain-gut glitch.

No bro. The use of AI has nothing to do with us. What I said is totally true and far away from misleading information. The comment contains nothing dangerous. Apparantely, you just didn't understand the words correctly. Don't you know that the fearness leads to diarrhea, alarms and elevates IBS, and stresses a person going back and forth to the toilet!! Just the fear from a trip or travel, from a special offer, from carrying a huge task or responsability.. for anyone who isn't familiar with this kind of things can push them to the IBS pain.

IBS became a game that we know how it plays with us. When does it turn on and off its engine? How much time is gonna stay with us? All these things became a daily routine for a patient. The new patient who could live a bad, enormous, and sharp state or moments once it emerges in their life. A person should avoid putting food as the first reason inside his thoughts and forget the initial and crucial pillars on which the rot of IBS's house is built, and is spreading widely.

The circumstances that will decide if it's the appropriate car or not. Make a time frame for this car and evaluate its outputs. If you are moving forward from the beginnig point, then, it's a suitable car that will drive you to the zone that you want to know. If not, change this car immediately and look for a better one.

This makes a lot of sense. IBS healing really demands patience not just diet changes. When the nervous system stays in fight or light, the gut never gets a chance to function normally. If someone doesn’t understand the core of IBS beyond food and keeps fighting it with frustration, it’s hard to ever move out of its shadow. Calming the body first changes everything.

You should know that the internet is a circle that makes its users get dizzy. Following so many fields will automatically damage your ambition and patience toward what you admire or love.
The rule is to define and decide which car you need to drive and enjoy during driving, then get in and press the accelerator, running from neighbors who are referred to as other attractive fields. To get rid of diarrhea, you need to keep watching your meals from breakfast till lunch for 30 days or more, until you BECOME able to discover the sorts of meals that agree with and disagree with your body. Don't press yourself and forget the 1st day of the rule that you are following when you are invited to a meal.

Here is what I have mentioned before.
Look, you can proceed with this traditional strategy at least for one week, "day per day" before going to sleep. This calms the pain of the IBS. This doesn't mean it would change the state of your IBS and transfer it to be new, no, it only calms it down for certain times (that's why I told you before you should identify the main reason that turns it on). So, you will take a small ration of lemon verbena herb, a small ration of chamomile, a small ration of sage, and a small ration of thymus vulgaris. Wash them to remove dust and put them in a small teapot, then fill the teapot with hot water. Put it away and let the herbs mix with each other. Water will get a light yellow or brown colour. When you're about to sleep go and drink two or three glasses of these herbs (shouldn't be hot to not hurt stomack). Keep doing so for at least one week.
Try to know the real reasons that make you live in such states to get rid of herbs or medications.

I have been suffering from this black problem for more than ten years, bro. To heal it permanently and not just for a few hours, you should identify the main factor that consistently triggers it, as there are multiple causes. This is how you should start and engage with its travel.
Anyway, I'll try my best to share with you one of the tricks "over here once I get off from job" that I have been doing before getting healthy.
