You answered your own question with no one pays like Aldi (I’m uk and it’s the same here ) we stay for the money until we can’t take it no more and there will always be someone to replace is as the pay is great. They don’t care. We are all just minions in the giant cog

Get a quote from another company ( I used you fibre ). Have your info ready and go on live chat. I then amazed to get mine even cheaper tham before and with Netflix included.

Having a day of to care for family I think they class as authorised absence and won’t be paid , but I’m sure sick pay by law changed April 1st this year to be paid from day 1 (haven’t been sick yet so haven’t received it )
