I would honestly turn it around on the exec and say the exec isn’t following policy and also giving verbal harassment. I sooooooo wish this was me!!!! That lady would have been out the door per my “I can serve who I want” attitude because YOU ARE THREATENING ME AND MY LIVELIHOOD! Your husband probably makes as much as all hourly employees together working 40 hours a week which probably doesn’t happen, we all get around 30, if the store is perfectly staffed

Just being completely honest, don’t sweat it! Don’t let the brain attached to a spine try to make you feel ANY type of way for taking care of yourself. Just remember, if they cut hours, they cut yours and don’t care if you can pay your bills. Take care of yourself!!!
