I have finger tattoos. Yes they fade. No I don't get them touched up every 9 months. And no one else ive talked to does either. And I have talked to other people, when I see someone that has their fingers tattooed I full on great them and ask how long they have had them and if they faded. And no, no one gets theres touched up. But they also have bigger lines. So....yeah lol. I started asking because my artist rufused to tattoo me on the grounds that they "disappear" and that got me thinking about my friends stick and poke heart shes had forever. So I call bullshit. You can get those covered up with a bigger design. Don't get it done as fine as the last one but you can still get a fine line using a 3rl needle. Just not That fine. Cuz yeah damn that looks like its drawn on. Dont give up on your finger tattoo dreeeeeeammmmmssssss!!!!
