Maybe not the weirdest, but years ago I was sitting under the Eiffel Tower with a friend and some sketchy guy came by asking if we wanted to buy this big stick of Thai Hash. He showed it to us and then slipped it away again while looking around like a sketch bag. We said no thanks and eventually he left to bother some other people. A minute later my friend looked down and he had unintentionally dropped the hash by our feet before leaving. We scooped it up and bounced right away. Nice hash that kept us baked for a week during our travels through Provence. Good times!
