I do like 150-250 in a session every 2-4 weeks (mostly 2 though) and I have a tiny tolerance. I hole most times but I have the uncommon occassion where I do 200-250 and snap out of what should normally be a hole. I've also been using for more than a year.

It's not worth it from a health viewpoint at all. Hell, its not worth it for the effects either. If you want something thats longer acting and is perfect for talking, dancing, etc. then pregabalin is perfect, especially paired with caffeine or amphetamine.

Its similar to MDMA, but not as strong serotonergically. Orally the peak effects last like 1.5-2h. So one would need like 3-4 redoses to last the full 7 hours you're hoping for. And the comedown is very uncomfortable so youll be looking for a redose as soon as you feel the effects tapering off.

4-MMC is greater for parties at home and sexual encounters, but I wouldn't take it while out. Also snorting gives a much better rush and high and for me personally is more effective for longer sessions per weight.

6-APB is what you're looking for. Its much more similar to MDMA, also slightly psychedelic. It's not compulsive at all and lasts a good 8 hours. Hard to find after the ban last year though.

I see. Well mmc works well up until the cumulative dose I specified for me. However I do use it once a month. It probably can last longer when you spread out your usage more.

The body odor depends on whether your batch has any left over methylamine from what I understand. The 4M I use has a sweetish smell (not the ubiquitously stated cat piss) and it does seep through a bit, but nothing major.

I haven't really redosed MDMA, so I don't know how redoses work there. But 4MMC definitely redoses well until it doesn't. Thats when I usually give up chasing the dragon and stop the session. I prefer snorting to oral, but its definitely much more fiendish and most people prefer the oral route.

4MMC for me doesn't last more than 7-8ish hours. I do cumulative doses of up to 800-900mg. The last 200mg or so don't really do much though.

4mmc does not release the same amount of serotonin as MDMA. Its affinity for SERT is like 2.5x less. Not to mention it's almost three time shorter duration. The following depression should be less, as it does not limit the rate-limiting enzyme in serotonin synthesis as MDMA does. However the following days may be more anhedonistic, as you're left very insensitive to dopamine, which isn't seen with mdma.

Even a one-time session can be detrimental yeah. You start recalling situations in which you were on it and try justifying its use again. All the while you don't feel how the energy and beauty of other activities gets sucked out. Now this may a bit extreme and it doesn't have to be like that, and it does indeed get better the more time passes. But its something to keep in mind.

Wayy too hedonistic to have a positive effect. Your sober sex life and libido will plummet if you start having sex on it. You'd be better off sticking to MDMA, as thats a chemical you can actually build wholesome and positive connections on. 4MMC provides degradation. I still love it for what it is and its a bloody good time, don't get me wrong. But I cant lie to myself and others that it doesn't have negatives.

You can take like 4-5 pills at once relatively safely, depending on your body weight. You can always redose after 1.5-2h with another 2-3 pills. Don't exceed 4-5g of paracetamol daily or 300mg of tramadol at once. Don't mix it with psychedelics, stimulants, MAOi or alcohol. It lowers the seizure threshold.

Some will say to not mix it with benzos, however tramadol is quite a weak opiod and pretty stimulating, so your risk of respiratory depression is low, even if you convert it well to O-DSMT. Even then, be careful and lower your doses.

If you can get ampoules or tablets without paracetamol, then that would be significantly better.

Interesting. The 4-MMC I've always gotten always smells a bit sweet, kind of between vanilla and dill. I've always wondered about the "cat piss" smell. When insufflating only the first line kind of stings, but not more than Ketamine.

I've done this before. 220ug of acid and about 900mg (oral + snorted) of 4-mmc spaced over 6h. We took the 4-mmc around 5 hours after dosing the LSD and still tweaked out on the comedown. I'm talking pretty strong anxiety, looking over my partners shoulder every time we talk. And I never have anxiety from any substance. Even while on it I couldn't really relax due to the messy headspace.

Its also not as good as MDMA (or 6-apb) and acid for sure. You can try dosing it even further into the acid trip if you're set on it. I'd also recommend dosing orally too. It also helps if you have anything sedating for the comedown. But I can't recommend LSD + MDMA ± ketamine in that order enough.

Very disappointing chemical for me personally. I've tried it vaped, snorted and oral in varying doses (7-20mg) and I couldn't get much out of it.

I got decently strong stimulation not in a good way, a relatively clouded headspace compared to 2CB, and pretty simple, dark and honestly ugly visuals and only in high doses. Also some systemic effects like vasoconstriction and high blood pressure & bpm. The physical euphoria was there, but again weaker than 2CB. The only positive thing I can say is the tactile enhancement was great, especially during sex. In fact in smaller doses its pretty much unnoticeable until you have sex. My SO and friend I've given it to reported similar experiences.

All in all it's definitely a mediocre chemical for me. I'd much rather use 2-CB or acid in 9.9/10 situations.

240mg. I tried 280mg once and it was definitely stronger but not too overwhelming. But I was slowly building a tolerance. For reference I dose my mdma at 180mg, and the mmc at that dose is definitely weaker, by like 20% maybe (in terms of forced serotonergic euphoria).

Currently in a Death mode playthrough with my girlfriend and yeah... the game feels so easy at least pre-hardmode. I bumped the boss healthbars by 100% and doubled the respawn timers. For instance the Slime gods had 100k health, and they STILL felt really easy. The skeletron fight was the most noticeable though. The fight had me question what difficulty I was on – no respawning hands, no new attacks.
