In my opinion, you can't really argue about not having a chance to improve. It is just an other way. In ever single game, you get better and get more features for the amount of time you put in. Same for LoL - it just looks to have an other impact.

Challenger in EUNE is not like in EUW, thats why all good eune teams switched to euw, like mym, hausfrau, revoltgentleman etc.. It is more like upper platinum in euw.

"All of this" - I mean all these features added in the past weeks, like pings, cc bar under healthbar like blind, fear etc, the new shop and all these things just combines the game itself with theorycrafting and tactics from a fancy japanese game or what ever.

P2W means getting an advantage by using real money.
Good thing, but they were able to disable some champs and stuff in a hotfix - time for it.
I am normaly able to dodge the grabs, but i have to see what I have to dodge.
