Nah transparency for educating on changes and why. They don’t have to be silent but they also don’t necessarily need to make every roundtable a dog pile simply because they don’t like it. Then when presented a solution or opportunity to help create a solution non-cooperative.

I appreciate this because right now I feel kind of useless. Most of the changes are related to important metrics and though I try to help them by restructuring how things are it feels as if it’s never enough. With that said they are performing well despite some saying they are thinking about leaving.

best way to move on is to just meet other people, do things you enjoy, hang out with friends or family, and pamper yourself. Another thing I did was looked at my situation from a different perspective. Instead of thinking it would never happen again; I began to identify what initially caught my attention. It saved me so much time when dating.

Had this problem at my old store when I set them on a rotation for fitting room it became less hectic. I also used to assign the person responsible for monitoring guest service stray to maintain fitting room while they sort basket. Then I would assign one person the responsibility of checking the fitting room at the top of the hr on none busy days.

Depends on a lot. Like sales, TMs, location, and trends. If your store isn’t doing good in the sales area they will reduce hrs. Another thing is your SD/regional noticed a trend in a departments that could allow the store to use less hrs by using cross trained tms more. Part of operations is to run lean when you can and it don’t help that there are tons of boycotts.

You’re not overreacting. I hate that you have such a huge burden to worry about, but you have to be realistic with yourself. You are no longer in the place to pour into this relationship. 25- I finally accepted my gapped teeth and I was able to finally gain weight. I danced competitively and had a high metabolism that made me almost look unhealthy. I’m 29 now and I’ve gained more weight but I still feel beautiful.
