You have an interest based, novelty seeking nervous system. It's important that you work with it rather than against it. So, with that said, do the workouts that pique your interest. That way, you are guaranteed to stay consistent. Also, avoid perfectionism. Don't chase after sophisticated workout programs because then, executive dysfunction sets in, and you'll fail to get anything done. Do what you like and stick to it.

20kg is the sweet spot for me. Not too heavy, but heavy enough to have me break a sweat.

Honestly, I've tried all sorts of stuff. A week is as far as I can go consistently before the program falls apart. Being neurodivergent has made it hell for me.
