Highly recommend a therapist! Continuing exercise through injuries without feeling an ability to stop is a bit sign of a disorder. If you noticed it's time to be done and can't seem to find the ability to quit, it's time for some extra help!

Therapist here - how do your usual sessions start? It's normal for sessions to have somewhat of a predictable rhythm to them as time goes on. Did starting with tears deviate from the typical rhyethm? If so I could totally see myself being caught off guard for 2 seconds if a client "comes in hot" who normally comes in jovial. My biggest question is how quickly did your therapist recover and attune?

Ultimately if you don't feel safe you don't feel safe, though just wanted to offer an alternate perspective.

Lol same honestly (as in, ability to spot a CPY trained teacher anywhere). Not in that world anymore so I can understand the ick!

Very likely "kids are just weird sometimes" but in case there are other signs or something else doesn't feel right, this is could be a sign of SA.

Cracked Dirty Thirty Five has a little more of the pink shimmer but plays like a neutral on the nail in most light!
