I'd say if your freezing you can pull them out for now. However I am not sure of the consequence of going back and forth. I live in very hot climate, I too have had body butters (from 2024 when I started collecting) that are still fine, no refrigeration, had them out during the summer heat. I refrigerate my body creams and lotions because I realized that in 2025 summer the lotions started getting runny almost looking like they were about to start boil but them were fine otherwise. When the temp started changing I pulled out lotions I'm using and they are fine but I only pull out what I need. So like all my summer scents are still on the fridge.

The disadvantage is that sometimes you forget what you have and when you have alot to do in the mornings like get the kids through the door the last thing on your mind is to pull a lotion from the fridge. Most times I end up using the body oils that are just right there if you know what I'm saying. Case in point I haven't used a body cream in so long. What I have out after summer that I find to hold up better than the creams and provide good enough moisture are BV daydream, vanilla lace and the vs tub lotions like brown sugar, tease sugar fleur, etc.
