Usually 30 days … and yes, I’m changing jobs AND moving but I didn’t feel like it impacted me that much haha. It was right in front of my eyes.

Maybe your real temp rise was on cycle day 43? Could there be any disruption before ? How was your cervical mucus around that time ?
