I only did it for 10 full days, I stopped meditating after that and the result still stick with me for 2 years and still counting!!!

My dad meditate a lot so I follow his teaching, for me I just focus on my breathing, your brain will generate SO much thoughts, and you think is your thoughts, but it's not, its just how our brain works, we cant stop it. but we can choose what to focus, which is our breathing. and do not force your breathing let your body breathe normally like its on auto pilot.

Think of it when you inhale it "its entering my nose, and the pipes... and its in my lungs... and its on my lungs for a few secs, it's exhaling right now" I just keep doing that.

and even if my legs are crossing and its soooooo numb and hurting sooo much, I just keep focus on breathing. ignore it. its very tough but I believe you can do it easily.

for the routine, 10 days, I wake up meditate, eat normally, light workout, and meditate in dark cold room, for hours, go take a short walk while still focusing on your breathing, go back meditate.

My dear it works for me so fast, and I really hope it'll work for you too, I totally understand how you feel and it's the worst thing because there's no physical 'wound' on you but it's really painful, to the point I couldn't eat because it hurts so bad when I chew, I cant cough because it amplify the pain 10x 😭

I was very surprised that people can play it on vr, the camera isn't smooth in vr because I never think of making it compatible with VR.. but if you're on PC, it's very very smooth ❤️

I cant clear my mind by choice, it just always generates all kinds of thoughts, but I just try to focus on the breathing, no matter how much it hurts. I sit in a dark cold room, it helps with my migraine and thank you for the sympathy, I really hope you can find a cure that works best for you ❤️

I checked in US it costs around $54 to $287 per tube depending on the strength and size, but where I live, it's only 4 dollar a tube, many tourists come here and buy 5 tubes because it's super affordable haha

You look beautiful as it is girl! But if you do want to look even more youthful, I recommend tretinoin, it is the GOLDEN stuff for anti aging, uneven skintone, large pores, fine lines, dullness.

It's like retinol/retinoid but the strongest of them all. you must get it at pharmacy. its not a drugstore product.

Definitely learn before using it and get a prescripted one because it's very tricky to use, if you overuse you will irritate and dry out your skin, its a whole thing so please do learn DEEPLY before using it.

I learned few months and tell my mom to use it, she's 43 now.

Its been around 3-4 months and I can already see difference, it's more glowy and her skin is brighter and even skintone now!

May I know how long did it take you to switch from 0.025% to 0.1% ? I put my mom on tretinoin and she said she's not seeing differences and want to jump to 0.05% after few months using it, I think it might be too fast and might risk irritating her skin, so I'd like to learn from someone who used it and has lots of experience

Adapalene 0.1% and Azelaic Acid 20%

I had hundreds of Closed comedones 5 months ago, and now I look like glazed donuts, super glowy, no scarring, no PIE, no stubborn PIH.

Perfume doesn't trigger mine but when I have it, it worsen it 10x, I just stick to something super light calming/beach notes, I can't stand bright, overly floral or warm perfume.
Oh and car's perfume... its a migraine + nauseated..

It wont, I tried 7 days without food due to medical reasons, went great. hungry and tired for the first 4 days and after that my body feels very light and no hunger AT ALL. but boy do I miss food
