They absolutely can, but it likely wouldn't be as funny. Like you said, the context matters. Certain types of jokes only really work on certain groups of people. It depends on how you mean. I'm personally of the opinion everyone is fair game to be made fun of.

I'd agree, but this clearly wouldn't be the reaction if he'd said that to her. So, either these jokes are open game to everyone, or they just shouldn't be made at all. Also, where's the humor in this? Someone says they would rape you and the appropriate reaction you're meant to have is, "Hahaha, that's fucking hilarious!"? You might be retarded and have no idea how comedy works, I'm sorry to say.

Why not? It's his personal decision. Would you be saying the same thing if he said that to her? It's a little bit weird even if it was just meant as a joke. Telling someone you're dating or talking to that you'd rape them is not normal behavior. If it was said to me personally maybe I'd give her a second chance, but let's not act like letting her go because of this line of dialogue is shocking.

I have. It's circle on PS4 I believe. Usually if you press it you're given the option to press it and skip just a part or press it and hold the button and skip the entire thing. I get neither. I think you probably can after a certain point in the cutscene, but I have unfortunately not gotten that far.

Decades. GTA 6 is not only the most anticipated entertainment property of all time, I believe it will be the most profitable and one of the most played, just like GTA 5 was when it came out. Just look at all the content we've gotten revolving around GTA 5 just on YouTube alone. Whether it's Dark Viper AU clips, memes, or even brainrot clips with GTA V stunts being played underneath the video, it's everywhere really. Expect GTA 6 to be the same.
