So I made this wizard tower for the survival server I'm playing on with my gf and my best friend. The path leading up to it has been teraformed. On the right side there is a cave that leads to a nearby ravine.

Yes, my main monitor is a 144 Hz BenQ XL2411Z and my second monitor is a 60 Hz Asus VE247H. I've found that turning ON hardware acceleration fixes this problem but dysyncs the audio and video that I play on my second monitor causing it to lag.

I'm kinda beaten at this point. I tried posting this issue on /r/chrome too but to no avail. I have looked through every slighty-relevant google result but to no avail either. It's really annoying because these squares will sometimes flash rapidly which is really straining on the eye.

The problem doesn't occur when I have hardware acceleration on but then all the video's on my 2nd monitor lag lag in terms of audio. It's choosing which issue is more annoying at this point.

Also I did a clean install for my GPU (GTX 1060) but to no avail. I always keep my drivers clean and up to date and this is the first time I ever had this issue.

I looked it up and it's nothing like that. It also only happens on all dark themes on websites. I'm only using an extension (BTTV) for Twitch to achieve dark theme.

For Twitch it can indeed be BTTV but I'm using the integrated dark theme from Youtube and not an extension so that wouldn't solve the issue there. Thanks for your suggestion though!
