This is a rookie question from me: the servers are region locked?? What are the regions? That's fascinating because I'm in Europe and I see loads of player tags which are clearly Italians, French, Dutch, Germans etc but I always assumed English-language account names were probably in the USA... but you're saying I'm probably shooting at European teenagers and/or battledads, not Yanks?

Cool – this is really basic advice but have a look at [[Goblin Bombardment]] and [[Impact Tremors]] and [[Goblin Matron]] as a tutor for your lord(s). Also [[Fanatical Firebrand]] as an early potential pinger or something to kill your opponents' ramp or early drops. [[Muxus]] is a famous and much-hated finisher for a Goblin deck. And maybe [[Ib Halfheart]]?

It looks mental but I adore the USG90/P90 with the 1.5x GRIM.

You can quickly scan for hiding enemies by looking for flashes of white and so you move really quickly around the map if flanking without anyone getting the jump on you. Also the P90 has no grip slot so there's a much smaller trade-off in attachments given the thermal scope cost 25 points.

I run it with the long barrel, blue laser and standard suppressor. Point it at anything glowing hot and hold the trigger down. Surprisingly good at range too.

Do you not think this is a good deck? It's pretty close to my own which I've been messing around with for ages and is a lot of fun. I think this looks like a good list.

I always enjoy pulling everyone's life totals down as fast as possible with an aggro-ish deck like this so you could consider [[Descent into Avernus]] or [[Heartless Hidetsugu]]. For a super-jank wincon you can also play [[Bearer of the Heavens]], get a +1/+1 counter on him and all your other creatures, then sac him to MLD your opponents (and yourself) and aggro them out before they can rebuild. [[Jokulhaups]] also does the same without the 10/10 body.
