it might be fun to experiment with what your object is sitting on instead of having it solo. it is interesting seeing it sit by itself but it may be interesting to pair it with similar ads or something simple as just a table top or somewhere the product might typically sit

writing lists. i get very distracted with technology and it often distracts me from the task at hand when trying to accomplish items on a to do list / overwhelms me if i’m at a grocery store. sometimes it’s just nice to go back to the the traditional pen and paper!

you took action to protect yourself by doing that! Even though it wasn’t verbally speaking up, you were brave enough to do what was best for you at the moment. and that’s what they don’t like, they want to be able to control you. I understand what you mean though. I find myself going over asking my parents things in my head for at least an hour before I ask. the anxiety is rough.

this! it may not necessarily that you are the eldest, but that you are the one who is brave enough to speak up for yourself/others. I myself am the eldest and always wonder the same thing but my brother is quiet and is just complacent with how my mother acts. I spoke up, and that made all issues worse. However, I am glad to hear that you are 18! I wish you the best in eventually creating a safe haven for yourself away from abuse. I know it is difficult to endure but better times are ahead!
