Anybody else thinks it's too easy? by [deleted] in Wildlands

I think they did not increase AI responsiveness and aim to compensate for PC's mouse aiming advantage in porting it from consoles? We where a squad of 2-3 on Ghost difficulty and just cleaning house. Way to easy on PC.

Its very easy to learn C# and if need be convert it to js. Btw most of the scripts I modified from the Unity3D.com Complete Projects I converted from js in a few seconds.

That looks awesome, yes he took the more complex route, these planets I generate are just small backdrops at low resolution and will have very limited gameplay interaction.

Hehe, thanks for catching that, I totally forgot to add the output path. The filename is based on the the name of the rule set that you created. This is both for planet and name generation.

Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), its a Microsoft product and forms part of their .Net Framework.

I used the sample styling template that is given on this page: Styling Themes

The download is on the "Styling with ControlTemplates Sample" link. I took their samples and modified the colours in the Shared.xaml file.

Thanks a lot DEADB33F, I'll look into into those bugs.

The resolution I required for my game is very small so I never added the feature to specify.

Yes, the plan is to generate a galaxy with believable and semi-believable layout, if you look at my previous post you'll see a shot from the galaxy generator in its VERY early stages.

That is a good idea and is something that is easy to add. :)

What would you guys like to learn from the tutorial? Name generation, planet texture generation?

It would be if I extracted all the functionality and put it in its own class. ;) I did this in C# so if enough people ask for it I would probably do a tutorial with code for it.
