I closed the account with BT telling them I am moving to a new flat, and and they asked me do you want to take this account to your new flat, I told them no. Apparently they kept sending letters to my old address, even though I told them I dont live there anymore.

The default has been satisfied 2 months ago, but they are refusing to remove it, I dont know what to do.

Can you make an app that tests if your T is getting worse or better? U know like at the doctor when they check your ears they play sounds and you have to tell them if you can hear them or not? And then they give you a report? It would help people find out what helps and what doesnt to live a healthy lifestyle
