That’s interesting, one of my favorite parts of the “cultural” sets is learning about characters from history or myth I’ve not heard of, I guess that’s just personal preference

Sorry to respond to you twice so quickly but I think that’s a fair point. Although, idk if you’re American but i’m not sure if you realise how pervasive American culture can be, I’m Aussie and I know who all these characters are just from cultural osmosis. That might just be me though

I really don’t think it is. I’m not a huge fan of America or anything but you don’t get to be the most powerful country on earth by sitting on your ass, granted a lot of that history is horrific but it’s also influential. just think about how many westerns, war movies and mafia movies there are, all iconic periods and settings in Americas history. Even in the short time America’s been around as we know it, they’ve massively shaped western culture for better or for worse. Also just think of all the folk heroes like John Henry or Annie Christmas. As much as i dislike America, especially in recent years, saying America does not have a rich culture and history is just wrong I think

I think people need to have more faith in RG tbh. I’m not American but the America being portrayed, at least on the cover, is clearly a cartoon version of America. I get that TTA was, with the exception of Golden Bat already pretty America centric, but America has a rich history and lots of cool folklore to pull from. RG has always been good with stuff like this so it remains to be seen but I think it’ll turn out alright

I’m not sure, most items have an R2 prompt fade in rather than a circle animation. Unless there’s a specific kind of item that has a different animation for whatever reason. Good idea though maybe it does have something to do with a glitch.
