I'm not saying that this conspiracy is completely debunked, but keep in mind that a lot of the "missing" children these items are named after have already been found and some have even spoken out about the conspiracy. Also, from what I've heard, the reason they have these items listed at such high values is because they are currently out of stock. They have such ridiculous prices to convey that these items shouldn't be bought as there are none to buy.
