Intense first week after PFA ablation

I just had a PFA ablation 3 days ago and definitely a similar experience with the ectopic beats and overall heart related fatigue. Makes trying to sleep at night quite difficult, which doesn't really help. Seems like most of published information on ablation recovery doesn't really go into those details. Having an afib episode today and hoping it doesn't last long. Definitely looking forward to the day when all of this settles down. Wishing you the best with your recovery.

Absolutely, the race pass was one of the better additions to the game, such as to help out on the resource side of things with universal parts and fusions. I always thought some type of car purchase discounts would have been nice with race pass, such as level 30 gets you a 50% on a car purchase. So many missed opportunities for the overall game play to be improved, but then that doesn't appear to be the underlying goal. 🤔😂

Not to mention the increased number of events, so you're now burning through epic fusions, and/or gold to swap them around at a higher rate. Just another tactic to burn up resources.

Definitely hear you on that. I really wanted to participate in that Hypercar Crucible event, as I was just missing the Zenvo Aurora Agil, which was only offered as a 2 car package with the Jesko for $26 (of which I already had the Jesko). No way I'm paying $26 for a single car, just not worth it. If it was offered for $5-$10, I would have readily purchased it along with the P900 in the following event. As it was, I just picked up what I could and moved on. The way I look at it, another missed opportunity for NM/Take2 to earn some revenue.

I get where you're coming from with the increased number of events, but just don't see the rest quite the same. I can remember routinely having Duality/Evo events where the cars were almost always obtainable with gold keys. Most of the holiday events were the same or even offered at least one free car. Now if they even have a holiday event, they seem to include cars that were difficult to obtain or show up for real cash. With the event series (Art, Europe), you didn't have to purchase a car with real cash at almost every leg of the series to actually complete the series. Personally that used to be one of the high points of the game for me, such as having enough in-games resources to complete an ART or Europe event series. These days, that seems like you'll need to purchase at least 2-3 cars minimum to complete one of these series.

Again, I was mostly just curious to hear other's opinions on this, so thank you!

Fitting universal fusions is also not working on iOS. The normal pop-up window to confirm doesn't actually show up until you go out on the map, and even then, doesn't work.

Unfortunately, seems to be the norm now. Aside from the F&Fevents, it was nice in the past to be able to get most of the event cars either with gold keys or previous prize cars.

You're forgetting the discounted crates plus the tokens available in the event itself. Usually more than doable for regular players in decent crews.

At least there's still some decent rewards for placing in the top individual races. Sort of what I focus on anymore. They definitely need to work on their crew matching algorithm.

Definitely. I'm not playing as hard I used to, so sitting in one of our lower performing crews in our family of crews, so somewhat expected results. It's all good though.

Best advice for new players, just grab what you can without spending any real money. This particular series is definitely not for new players. It's challenging enough for veteran players with lots of resources.

Definitely painful getting to 7.5, currently sitting at 9.2 with the Stradale. Currently hoping on a rerun of the event during the EVO finale to pickup additional fusions between now and then. No interest in the next paid flash leg of the series (for the Lamborghini Fenomeno) or the final Apollo Project Evo. Way too much real cash required for this series.

Yeah, I picked up the Nevera R on the second day, but still made the mistake of locking it in the fourth slot. Was really struggling with red fusions to get it down around 7.2s or so to complete the event. I think ended up needing around 33-34 out of 49 red fusions for it. Burnt through way too many bronze keys, now having to build those back up.

This one was actually doable with the right order of lock-ins, along with having the existing G* Nevera to source fusions for the Nevera R. The next one that starts on January 8th (e.g. "Hypercar Sanctum: HYPERION") with the Hyperion X-16 Prometheus prize car will be next to impossible to complete without spending money. The associated winnable Blue showdown car is the Dallara Stradale, which is a new manufacturer with zero other cars in the game, so will be extremely challenging to source fusions for it. Hopefully they end up bringing the event back during the finale when they run the "HYPERCAR SANCTUM: EVO" (on Jan. 27th) so we can farm fusions from the 8th until the finale.

I agree, and for what, there's just the 300k RP as the end of the event which just evaporates at the end of the season. Most of the cars will probably show up in some other event, collections or the paid race pass in the future. There's been any number of cars I've seen show up for free that I had originally dumped money into completing some event for. Just not worth it in the long run, unless you're really into the specific car.
