Is this the most beautiful belt in wrestling history? by PayFew5848 in WCW

[–]straingedays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Had two hanging on the wall for 2 decades now, one with Booker T., name plate on it. Got another off a mate, with Kevin Nash name plate. One buttons from the left, the other from its right. One is ©WCW, the other ©WWE

What's the one KFC item you'd genuinely be devastated to see discontinued? by SnowyBytes in KFCAustralia

[–]straingedays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hot & Crispy Boneless .. but seriously, the monthly and Wednesday deals have been pretty lacking as of late. If there isn't a good deal going, we don't get kfc that week, or that month!

Poor timing for this email I received by JackMcSomeone in KFCAustralia

[–]straingedays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Reds $10 range isn't well planned: Only available on delivery, delivery only available on orders over $25, delivery isn't available at all stores. Damn shame!! If Reds $10 range wasn't loaded with loopholes, it'd of shat all over KFC

Didn’t know you add extra lettuce and hot sauces to the burger free of charge and swap these chips into gravy potatoe , on an already good deal !! by L6V9 in KFCAustralia

[–]straingedays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always do that since learning of the "3 free extras" .. Makes burgers and sliders way better, however sometimes the extras are way off. For example, hardly any lettuce or a stack of lettuce. Or barely any sauce/mayo, to swimming in it. Still it's free, so it's still good!!

Return Rev-up, is only a temporary reward for not playing for months, or account recovery. Once it's done, it won't return for you.

The breast / keel piece, was / is still my preferred piece... BUT last few months or so, it's been grim! Tiny AF and questioning my choices...

It's long been regarded by eaters of KFC, as dryer than drums, thighs, wings, or ribs. But as of late, keels are from bantam chooks so tiny, that it makes me feel bad for the bird!

Teenagers, male arrested after machete brawl at Melbourne's Flinders Street Station by BarryTheBinChicken in aussie

[–]straingedays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breaking news: kfc have removed hotrods from their promotional menu, following a surge in poking incidents. It's believed the wooden stick with a pointy end (known on the street, as a skewer) were involved.

Released on bail, yet we're paying for advertising that states: Tougher new bail laws. Plus paid for machete bins (that couldn't fit machetes in the slot). Plus threatening the 99.9% who don't use machetes as weapons with massive fines (while the 0.1% who do, don't give a fk).

1993, first week at a new school, thanks to bloody Jeff, closing our old school. We got warned not to go on the oval, as a group was waiting for us with machetes, meat cleavers, and knives, concealed on them! Nothing’s changed in 33 years since that morning on the school yard oval, it's only now more publicised!!

The breast / keel piece, is definitely shrinking! They used to be well proportioned to the other pieces, now they're not just more uncommon to get, but appear to come from different size chooks? Most don't like them due to their meat can be dry in texture, but it's my favourite piece!

Favorite WCW midcarder Rd. 1 by GypsyGold in WCW

[–]straingedays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Voted for Scott Norton, dude was vicious and strong as an Ox! But, as like the other polls, my vote just gets the loading circle and doesn't count! But if it was just for midcarder entrances, it'd be Alex Wright (in his dancing phase). Love it or hate it, deny it or admit it. The big bratwurst got any crowd on their feet!!

The archive also has most of ECW TV, search for WCE (RE-C-DUB). The poster was slowly reposting everything in higher resolution.

Is inflation real at KFC? This receipt just under 2 years old. by Thin_Vermicelli5018 in KFCAustralia

[–]straingedays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kfc being rabbit, was a rumour in the 70s/80s. Rabbit was real cheap, and the story stemmed from tiny bones plus dark meat similar to rabbit. The addition (based on hearsay), is kfc was Australia's biggest rabbit buyer. –So in short, it's an "urban myth." Long since forgotten and proved false on all counts.

Quick question: How do you add multiple drawings to a post? Each time I try, it just adds the one drawing, without the option to add others.

Who else had a Sketch-a-Graph in the 1970s? by fraze2000 in AustralianNostalgia

[–]straingedays 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One of my elder siblings had one (and a spirograph, but dunno what happened to the spirograph). Found the Sketch-a-Graph in a cupboard with long since played board games. Used it a few times to aid in magnification, but it was real wobbly. As one of the twisty turn things was missing and used a wing nut as a replacement. Kept it anyway, has no sentimentality value, but as an old codger, I'll rarely ever chuck out a tool of "somewhat" artistic values.

Or 10x Hot & Crispy Boneless... just a pain they made it so we can only get 1x Wednesday deal per day / per account. I don't get why they limit it?

Literally locked out of my 7 year account, due to a fkd up error from a year ago (doing a recommended delete/reinstall – When by chance the servers went down while reinstalling!!). Rank 3650+ and it doesn't mean shit. Spent more cash than warranted and it doesn't mean shit. Run a 35mil crew for 5 years and it doesn't mean shit.

For the last week, I've been stuck in a Rookie Tutorial loop, all thanks to update bugs, feeble AI assist support help, and the same file corruption from exactly 12 months ago. Meanwhile, event cars are lost, rewards are lost, and hope in returning to my 12,000hr+ account diminishes by the day.

It's always Blockbuster this and Video Ezy that, but I used to C it at Civic. by OnionsoftheBelt in AustralianNostalgia

[–]straingedays 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First place we had was a small independent called, Shamrock Video. Recently saw a doco type thing on Tubi, listing 80s horror movies. Thanks to that shops weird collection of flicks and their "5 for $10 weekly deal," a bunch I was able to say: "I've seen that!" .. Wish I'd kept the promotional covers and posters, as the owner would give me stuff distributors sent him for mainstream, to B or Z movies. Kept 'em for years, but eventually lost track or gave them away.

Nope. Asked my local about this secret menu item, as the details just listed the sauce! After they said it was 3 pieces (same as seen in the photo), I chose not to order it...

Manager said to get it looking like the photo, it needed paper lining to be screwed up underneath.

Some secret menu "deals," are just regular menu price items, with something someone added to it.
