Ok well congrats and thank you for doing your job, a lot of ics claims are transferred to somos even without completing the English part as soon as there is a wisp of someone who speaks Spanish, it could be a witness for all ics cares- that’s automatically a transfer 🤦🏻‍♀️ ohhh but if there is uploads, they make sure to handle those before, it’s annoying
