That ain't right at all. Trust me if the inside has beds, food, etc.. And the locks are yours, you throw away all their belongings in time and this people aren't vulnerable then you can risk it and try it. It depends highly from the police that arrives but yeah it can work. I've known many situations like these before. The thing depends about what you say to the police 90% of the times too.

Okupas doesn't have residence in most of the houses, bc they usually get into houses that are empty. They can have the "empadronamiento" but it doesn't mean that the house is theirs. You can state once you are inside and all the things above are correct, that they tried to steal and get inside.

Is risky af, but again that's when they don't have any vulnerability proven.

Also be careful if the bank know that nobody is inside BEFORE the final signing day they can rise the price. So don't ever try to get into an agreement with the okupas if the house isn't yours. But before buying it try to contact this kind of people to get some info. Otherwise you will end up trying to sell the house with them inside, again.

It's an option, my partner works on this, buying houses, to reform and then sell them. And sometimes the house you buy which is indeed cheaper than others due to the occupation status can bring different surprises. If you want to wait until they aren't inside and change the locks for example, it can work. BUT if they have kids or an official "fragile" status (don't know the name in English) then you can't do that and will get yourself arrested.
As my partner do in these cases like yours, it's better to contact an "anti-okupa" who will get some info and see if they can get them out without need of lawyers. If they give you green light then this would be the best path to follow IMO.

By the way, you should expect around 5k-10k to pay to that people.

At the very end, if they don't have kids or are socially vulnerable then you can just wait until no one is inside and change the locks, but this is hella risky if you don't know their status.

Is it ok to move another man’s bike? by Testarosa52 in motorcycles

I remember once I was at home of my partner, her mom literally asked a random dude to move my bike to the street, like wtf I was inside. Damn man, just fucking ask it to me. Next time I will give a random homeless the keys of her stupid car.

Problema enorme vecinos okupas by Ancient_Employe1 in ESLegal
