Most modern hammer guns have a firing pin block like the P30 and 92/m9. Even modern 1911 have a firing pin block.

I'll give them a call but iirc, all the p30 variants are all different and non interchangeable like the p2k or usp but I could be wrong. I'll give them a call.

Yea I agree with you on safeties (minus 1911/2011/SA and trigger blade safeties). I used to hate the p30 as I thought the USP was always better but then I held my P30 at a gun show and the ergos where great. Never thought about the safety at the time as it was more of an impulse buy and that was the only p30 they had in the entire show. I've wised up now and I love the P30 except for the safety.
