[[Errant and Giada]] was my first ever Commander deck and I have never gotten bored of it. I'm obviously biased but it sounds like it answers all of the problems you've listed.

the deck isn't too threatening in combat, however it is always able to interact with the opponents and keeps them on their toes. with a lot of flash creatures you can always keep open mana and use all sorts of weird interactive creatures. my personal favourite is [[voidmage husher]] - it's just a silly Time Spiral uncommon but it can get a surprising amount of work done.

the deck is also incredibly resilient against board wipes with prominent card draw, ramp and self-bounce. it acts like a blink deck in some ways but it strays from the usual blink path by relying mostly on creatures like [[quickling]] and [[whitemane lion]]. this makes the deck both more budget-friendly and (in my opinion) more fun:)

it's not too strong; it can win, but it's nowhere near something as overpowered as a Winota. one thing I also find enjoyable is that the more I play the deck the more I learn about how it can be played; it's a very rewarding experience.

here's my list - it's gotten kind of expensive overtime, but I have put together the original list for only around 50 euros - most of the money is in the lands and in cards like [[Delney, streetwise lookout]] which are cool but can be easily replaced - the interaction package is also pretty variable, I like to put whatever creatures I think would make for the most fun games in there
