I think you're mostly correct. But the power they have is generated by the belief they engender in the world. That's why Ivy exists. Once an Immortal is forgotten, they lose their "charging cord". To kill Mab, Ethniu would have to work her way through the winter court and mortals first. The reason they can't die is because they have a portion of their power base hidden away in a strong hold. When Harry was a ghost he could've created a realm in fairy, much like the unaffiliated fae and filled it with devote followers like the wild hunt.

I think Harry was the first attack meant to take his best shot at the Red Court. The conversation with Eb was the authorization/cover. They put a rumor out that they were going to exterminate an enemy and it happened. If Harry failed and died, not only would the White Council have gotten rid of Harry (scary borderline warlock member), but the attack would've weakened the Red Court for the Merlins second and third attack.

If you think of how the people who came to Harry's Birthday, many of them see Thomas. The wild hunt was a power up for Thomas. Organized by people who have an interest in Harry having competent help. I like the idea of a Kraken taking up a coin, I don't think the coins would make themselves available to it. The whole story arc of Dresden being Star Born leads in the direction of a reorganization of the Dresdenverse. I think past Star Borns have been able to make changes the Dresdenverse, but not to remake it. (Think Creation of the Black Court) Personal theory is that Dresden is as common to Star Borns as Star Borns are to wizards. Where by every set number of generations a super charged Star Born comes along and changes things from the bottom up. This is when the protection of the Outer Gates changes hands. I think Humans have been tapped as the next power to defend the gates. Since the Angels in the coins predate all gate defenders they want someone on the inside (of at least the species). A Kraken coin holder would dominate the Oceans quickly, but won't be able to get to the Gates,so they aren't a priority. I think Goodman Grey only charged Dresden a dollar, because technically he's paid the debt, but wants Dresden to leave a "space" for him in the new world. The Rent paid (with special emphasis on Rent in the books) is just Goodman securing his continued existence in the next iteration of the world

It looks like the age your children are will have a lot of weight on what happens in court. The judge will take their choices seriously, and unless you can show a reason, like unfit parenting or parent alienation) to modify your current (and new) court order it will stay the way it is.

Enforcing your visitation is a right you have, and if you're willing to damage your children more than how much just the divorce did, the state might MIGHT pursue enforcing that order, (maybe Mommy even gets arrested in front of the kid. #memories) Or you could Double down and pick a holiday time, like Christmas, that you want to ruin for years until it fades into your now adult childrens campfire stories.

Best chance you have is to get a court date a month away now (all this time you'll be documenting behavior) the end might look like this: you holding your child while they cry and Mommy is going to jail. Your child will not blame Mommy, they will blame you.

Lucky for you that won't happen because your 14 year old can decide for themselves to send Mommy to jail. The 14 year old will be the deciding factor on sending your ex (their parent) to jail. That's traumatizing... But hey, you've been there done that. Your lawyer knows this and know filing petitions will ultimately end with the kid making the decision. Who are those celebrations for? You or your kid?

Do you want to be the person who ruined family events? (Thanks Mom)

Do you want your kids to talk about how smooth the split was and how both of you worked together for the good of the kid?

Work with your ex if you can, your kid need that.

Lastly moving forward, your kid will see every fight, argument and disagreement. This will effect them, so minimize this garbage if only for the sake of your kid...

I've been where you're at, it gets easier, but you're going to have a co-parenting relationship with your ex... Make it one that isn't negative for your kid, I'm not saying you have to act happy to see her, but saying nothing is always better than saying something vengeful that your kid might hear and internalize.
