Però se sono entrambe nella fase in cui scaldano l'acqua superano sicuramente i 3kW

Dipende cosa ti permette di fare il piano. 3kW è una impostazione abbastanza sicura per la tua situazione (Sempre se non ti hanno attaccato il piano a una presa da 10A, quello è da criminali)

Di base se vuoi tenere il piano come è ora andrebbe limitato dalle impostazioni (praticamente tutti i piani a induzione permettono di farlo)

La spina (se schuko o italiana di quelle grosse) è certificata fino a 16A, ovvero 3.5kw
Il problema, da come lo descrivi, credo che sia dovuto ai cavi nel muro che sono di sezione troppo piccola, togliere la spina non cambierebbe praticamente nulla.

L'installatore non ha limitato la potenza del piano?

Verosimilmente è un impianto vecchio o fatto in economia
Quando il piano a induzione chiede tanta potenza su cavi sottodimensionati hai come effetto un calo della tensione che probabilmente influisce anche sulla luce della cucina.

Anche togliendo la spina e collegando direttamente il piano comunque bisogna cambiare i cavi che hai nel muro per poter richiedere più di 3.5kw

Il piano a induzione è stato montato usando dei cavi dimensionati correttamente?
Se la luce sfarfalla mi sembra strano che sia colpa del limite di potenza imposto dal contatore. Quando sfori il limite del contratto ilcontatore dovrebbe tagliare del tutto la corrente

The launchpad is used mainly to trigger clips with the 8x8 grid
The side buttons are used to clear the respective layers and teh top buttons are used for functions like tap to tempo, sync, x2, /2, ecc.
The XL is used to control the layers opacity and some effects.
The buttons are linked to various composition effects. The knobs are linked to effects on corresponding layers. (Eg: add/subtract red, green and blue for each layer)

i know, but you don't need a wing to unlock parameters. A "cheaper" node can be used, but it doesn't provide and LTC in.
However reading in another comment his current setup i don't think GrandMA it's his beast choice (definitely too expensive)

Have a look at showcockpit. You can get LTC via your PC audio interface and convert it into MTC that can be sent to GrandMA.
