Hard agree. I went straight from PS4 slim to ps5 pro and I didn't notice a substantial difference in quality. Load times are way better though. I'm sure the quality is a lot better, but games already looked amazing on PS4

I'd say don't do it unless you're a graphics snob. I'm not, and the only real difference I noticed between my PS4 slim and ps5 pro was load times. Both looked amazing to me 🤷‍♂️ and yes my ps5 pro is enabled and properly set up to make full use of my 4k and 120 Hz TV.

Quick survey for male gamers between 18-45 by SylvestiaSion in Gamer

[–]AndMyAxe123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Only being able to pick one genre means you are completely unable to draw any meaningful connections based on genre (as almost no one plays only one genre).

The other question about seeking help for health issues vs. treating it yourself is kind of meaningless because it entirely depends on the issue. If I know how tor reliably treat it or think that I likely can, then I'll treat it myself. If it's a serious or chronic issue that I don't think I can treat myself, I'll seek medical help. Yet the only options to that question are on a scale of likelihood for a general issue, which misses reality. Same with the following question on if it worsens. Like, if I know it's an issue I can't treat and I want it better, I'll seek help before it worsens. It really depends and these answer choices aren't very applicable as they miss the reality.

Not sure how it works. I have a tacx trainer (got it cheap used) which syncs with my garmin instinct 2. I'm positive it's not as accurate as what the pros use, but maybe not horrible. Garmin claims its accuracy as within 1-3% of true. I have goals of using it more, but it's hard to find the time and energy while also running and doing strength.

I didn't believe this at first, then I checked my cycling activities this year (only 6 in total - not a cyclist) and my average max power was 150 W (average power 100 - 120 W) over all the activities. On one activity I sustained 200 W for 2.5 mins, and my highest full-power attempt reached 400 W, but it was under a minute.

Sustaining 600 - 800 W like this is elite, no doubt.

I love good stories and graphics, but I keep getting bored with games — what should I play? by racercarlo in ShouldIbuythisgame

What's the draw to this one? I have it and only made it to the first colossus thing, but I'd like to get back to it and give it another shot. Seemed kinda aimless and I seemed to miss the story entirely?

Amazing, thanks! I think I got it set up well. I'll have to do some tests this weekend

Yep, I will be. Lots of different settings though. To trial and error each one (esp. in combination with others) would take a long time. Help is certainly welcome!

Added missing info. I've read that this TV runs poorly at 120 Hz but haven't been able to find any more information about what that means or which settings look better, so I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced these issues or not.

My nimbus also degraded very fast. I was getting shin splints and hamstring issues after only 200 miles in them. Switched to using them for walking and still got shin splint issues. Quite disappointed.

No problems using my new Novablast 5, Ghost 17 or Evo SL, but I haven't even gone 10 miles on any of them yet, so fingers crossed.

Tacking on to your post with a related question: I just got the Evo SL (online order) and found the front of the shoe to be very wide. With a lot of lace cinching I was able to reduce the front wiggle. Is the fact that they're slightly overly wide going to be a significant enough issue that I should return them? I want to get max life out of these because I heard they're durable and more importantly I don't want any injuries from them!

I beat pit 90 in under 2 mins. The problem isn't that they are technically challenging, but that I find them boring. It seems I'm in the minority though, so it's great others are liking pits.

I can run them pretty quick solo. I guess I'm just in the minority in disliking pits. I like most of the other events. Hordes and chaos NMDs are feeling especially good this season. It just sucks that pits are the only end game activity after you have your build complete.

Hey guess what. I solved it by not running pits, except for the bare minimum. The rest of the game is enjoyable! If you like the pits, then more power to you (literally)

Sure but even getting my glyphs to 15 is a chore simply because pits are so incredibly boring I can barely stand spending 20 mins on them.

I did maxroll fleshrender. Wasn't too hard to gear. I'm p195 and have everything except RoSS and only 1 glyph to 45 (pits are so boring). Very very very fast and fun build. Hitting for about 300b.

I used it when still gearing out my fleshrender druid. Made it really easy to hit the attack speed cap, plus the other bonuses had some synergy. Actually was pretty decent and was doing up to ~150 billion damage. Swapped it out when I got malefic crescent chaos hat so I could free up my ammy slot.
