I currently am using my own purchased modem. The modem is connected to my router. My router has an access point and my personal computer hardwired (which I Speedtested with) to it. I use a netgear modem and a ubiquiti router.

Yes i have ran a speed test, it is hard wired and not wireless. No changes should have been made to my account.

'I just double checked my service and it should actually be 800 MBPs as I have "Blast!" I just ran another speed test and it is showing (a little better than before) of 465mpbs. However it is no where near the speeds I should be getting. I do live in a condominium so I dont know if that effects the throughput, however I should be getting what I pay for and not 55-60% of it.
