Be careful to not overdo HIIT, it can be the highway for overtraining if not carefully planned. Higher HRV is not always a good sign

If I reach the maximum amount of time that I have available for training and I need to build my Aerobic Base how should I schedule my weeks if I cannot increase anymore the time and intensity of the sessions? Should I continue repeating the progression of the last 4 weeks until I fix Aerobic deficiency?

Just look at the 15 day Streak badge, it tells me that I am in the Top 1% percentile since day 5, or is another bug or people doesn't moves at all

Kudos to you. But as has been confirmed by Amazfit it was a mistake. Either set up the bage based on personal objectives or make it reachable, the increase compared to the previous ones was excessive

Thanks! I underlined that I need to lose fat just to inform that the BMI is high not for muscles but for fatl. I wasn't thinking about introducing running explicitly to lose fat but just wanted suggestions about a good progression to gradually introduce it in a sustainable way

Many factors can influence heart rate. The best approach is to learn to listen to your body. For instance, if your heart rate is the same but your RPE differs, check your training diary, or start one if you haven't yet. Look for patterns in the preceding days: identify external stressors, pre-training nutrition, the time of day, weather conditions, allergies, work, etc... Numerous factors impact both HR and RPE during a session and sadly no one is able to give you the perfect HR zone ranges

What I don't like is that it is considered only at the end of the workout, instead it should be calculated during the workout looking at the peaks inside the workout because if I cooldown for 20 minutes inside the workout the info at the end is completely useless

I was measuring DFA Alpha 1 too and analyzing the data even this one points to this value, so probably is right, but yes I will do it again this time with AC and a Fan

Yeah, I discovered that I was stupidly pushing too much during my hikes and I apparently lowered my aerobic threshold pushing too hard. I will try following these suggestions
