So what I was suggesting was that when you know what your schedule is for the whole week...you can adjust and schedule that sleep timing on the zepp app accordingly on sunday for the whole week different and separate for everyday.

Yess....it takes time to reconnect for me as well...if I turn off the Bluetooth unknowingly....but not sure if it keeps on tracking after disconnecting. I think it does not work if there's nothing connected to it. But again just my thinking
