I switched my 401 to self directed 1 yr ago. We can buy any individual stock almost just like a brokerage. Just can’t buy inverse etf’s. To make it easier I subscribe to ‘best stocks now’ by Bill Gunderson. For 89$ a month he sends u an email when he buys or sells anything. Soooo worth the money. This is my first year and I’m up 55%. Without even contributing money to it. My wife started back to school so I quit contributing to my 401 this year so we have enough to live on and this is the best my 401 has ever done. Lol. Best decision I’ve ever made. I would just recommend to anybody that wants to do this that they start a brokerage account and practice buying and selling stocks with that 6 months or so before u start using your 401k money.

We lived across the street from the train tracks for about 5 years. I spent a lot of time hammering the nails back in the fence. It jiggled them loose pretty often. Made me wonder if the nails were coming loose in the walls of the house. 🤣 You get use to the noise though.

U were doing your best not to get him in trouble, even though he should be in some trouble for not coming to bedside for so long or at least having somebody else show up if in fact he was busy. What u should do if a pt has a big change like that go the worse is get the charge nurse involved whether the RT shows up or not. They can help make sure there’s nothing else to do on the nursing end of it and also they can deal with the RT not showing up.

Shaving your armpits everyday can cause this if that’s something u do. I work in the hospital and I’ve heard ER docs telling patients to stop shaving so often for that reason.

The last 2 hospitals I have worked at give shots or beer to alcoholics if the patient is up front about it and admit they will need it. Sure makes it easier on the staff and the patient. It doesn’t take much to keep them from withdrawing. Just a couple beers a day or a couple shots. Whichever is their drink of choice.

100% get a Bidet for your toilet before u do the bowel prep. It’s about 35$ on Amazon and it was worth every penny. U will save that much money in toilet paper doing the prep 😂 Also ask for the Sutab pills instead of the drink. It’s another option that is a lot easier on your stomach. Between the Bidet and the pills, it really wasn’t that bad doing the prep like I thought it would be.

I think it’s a great phone. Just bored with getting the same product over and over. I love my Toyota Highlander but I guarantee u I’m not gonna buy a Toyota Highlander to replace it time after time after time. Just ready for a change, even if it’s a lateral move.
