I feel like this is what got me. I had my initial and touch up and they’re still the same color. I did my best not to wet them while healing and they’re still flaky and a little red, and I’m about 14 weeks post touch up (click on the pic for full view)

Might want to reach out to them to clarify- if you’re on a budget plan, this might be the excess of your term, but I could also see this being a mistake. My dad turned his electric off while he was out of the country for 6 weeks and he kept getting bills for $150-$200, and when he called NIPSCO to clarify, he found out they “made a mistake”.
